Semi-retirement and a move North were the driving forces behind our clients finding their dream property.  With an acre of waterfront land and a boathouse that needed some TLC, they could see the potential.

The project involved a major renovation and addition to the main house. An entire new roof structure to the existing building including a large dormer to increase natural light, recladding, and new aluminum joinery.

Also, the large extension doubled the size of the existing floor plan, and was designed to accommodate either their family or draw an income as a boutique Bed and Breakfast.

As the owners are avid gardeners and have a love of the outdoors, extensive landscaping was undertaken to make the most of their passion.
